Removing Limitations… Your Self Image?

In the previous post, we talked about what you may have heard growing up about money.  What we found was that some of those things may actually be self limiting beliefs.  In fact, it could actually prevent you from moving forward in any area of your life when you really get right down to.

With that said, I think it’s time to take a look at what you view as your limitations.  What areas in your life do you want to move forward in but for some reason, you just can’t seem to get there?

Maybe, you have some fitness goals that you just can’t seem to reach or maybe you were moving in that direction and you fell off the wagon.  Maybe you are working a corporate job and whenever your reviews come up, you just can’t make it past meets expectations no matter how hard you try.  Maybe, you just can’t seem to get your business off the ground.  You’ve done everything that you are supposed to do, but it’s just not working for you.

No matter what your situation is you can move past these limitations.  I am going to work with you to help you remove them.  But first, here’s a shocking fact…

Don’t take this lightly…

You are where you are…

because you have limited yourself based on what’s ingrained in your OWN self image.

Yep, that’s right.

YOU have placed those limitations (although unwillingly) on your own self.

Now, that’s ok.  No worries.  We all do it and the first step to removing those limitations is awareness.

Your self image is something that was developed over time through your experiences, environment and what you were taught.

So now that we have established that, let’s take a look at what you think your limitations are.  I am going to focus in on one example.

Let’s say you are trying to build your business.  You are doing everything that you’ve been told but it’s just not working.  Ok, think about what you want to accomplish.  You are at point A trying to get to point B.

Now think about who is where you want to be.  What qualities does that person have?  Study them for a month and incorporate those same qualities into your own personality.  This is how we are going to remove those limitations and how we are going to change your self image to move past any limitation.

Be SERIOUS about this and take action.
